25-09-2008 EACME Conference 2008 'Organizing Bioethics Challenges for Western, Central and Eastern Europe', Czech Republic

In 2008 Charles University of Prague, Czech Republic, and the European Association of Centres of Medical Ethics (EACME) will organise the EACME annual conference. Charles University will be the host and co-ordinator of the event.

The aim of the conference is to compare experiences around organizing bioethics in Western, Central and Eastern Europe. There are four central topics:
- Ethics in Healthcare Institutions;
- Ethics and Research;
- National and Local Ethics Committees;
- Organizing Ethics Education.
